Reading Assessment (5-12 years old)

Service Description

We assess your reading competence and provide a tailored report with guidelines to help you on your journey to proficient reading and comprehending. Before the assessment, we meet with the student to find out about their interest. We then design the assessment around the child's individual interests. The reading assessment tests the students, phoneme awareness skills, phonological awareness skills, fluency, vocabulary knowledge and comprehension skills. This test will be instrumental in determining the child's reading level so that teaching is tailored to meet his or her individual needs. A report is prepared and given to the parent for guidance. Note: This will consist of a reading interest survey session and then the reading assessment. These will be done in two sessions within the same week.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please contact us giving at least 48 hours notice. For Cancellations: Up to two weeks before the commencement of the course, a full refund. One week before the course begins, a 50% refund. Cancellations in less than a week, there is No Refund.
